Immortal of Jinxia Cave on Yuquan Mountain, one of the Twelve Golden Immortals of Chan Sect, teacher of Yang Jian. Once wounded by the Dinghai Pearl, he repeatedly sent Yang Jian down the mountain to rescue from dangers, gather herbs to cure Jiang Ziya, and instructed on breaking the Huashen Blood Knife and the methods of Gao Ming and Gao Jue. He participated in breaking the Immortal Killing Sword Formation and the Ten Thousand Immortals Formation, and was ordered to sacrifice the Xianjian Sword.
