The leader of the Seven Monsters of Meishan, a white ape who attained the Way, skilled in transformation and able to recognize demons. He was appointed by King Zhou as a marshal of the Shang army to guard Mengjin and block the Zhou troops. He led Chang Hao and others in great battles against the Zhou army, and engaged in magical contests with Yang Jian. After being captured, he could not be beheaded due to his mystical transformations, and was finally killed by Jiang Ziya using Lu Ya's flying knife.
